EGI company can trace its origins back to the 1940’s when it started as an electrical contracting company.

When manufacturing its first hydraulic aerial platform with insulated boom at the end of the 1950’s, nobody thought that EGI was poised to play a leading role in that field.

Today EGI employs more than 50 people committed to designing, manufacturing and servicing Insulated Hydraulic Aerial Platforms and firefighting platforms mounted on trucks, and it  is part of KLUBB group.

To serve its customers, EGI operates a modern plant facility of 12,000 sqm and owns the only independent Laboratory for electrical tests up to 500 kV.

EGI have sold more than 6,000 units in over 50 countries around the world and offers one of the most extensive ranges of Insulated Hydraulic Aerial Platforms and firefighting platforms.

Since the 1960’s EGI has continued to strengthen its position in Mobile Aerial Equipment for Live Work and fire fighting lifts by anticipating customer needs and by improving its design and manufacturing capabilities… to become today the only European manufacturer of Hydraulic Aerial Platform with Insulated Booms and firefighting lifts.

Today, as member of KLUBB group, EGI-KLUBB GROUP is reinforcing its position of world technology leader.
